Barry Vincion's racing career started out at Union Hill Raceway, now known as
Music City Raceway. Barry's car of choice was a 1972 Chevy Nova. Barry started
in the SuperPro Division at "The Hill." He ran this division from 1975 to 1980. In
1981 he decided to move into the SuperGas Division. This took buying another 1972
Chevy Nova and gutting it because he could no longer use the family vehicle. At
the end of 1981, Barry was crowned Champion of the SuperGas Division.  Barry
continued his drag racing career until 1983.

In 2005, Barry bought a 2003 - 50th Anniversary Edition Corvette and started
Autocrossing, also known as Solo II Racing, it in 2006 with the Tennessee Region
Sports Car Club of America. In his first year of racing at the Nashville
SuperSpeedway, he took the 2006 ASP Championship.

In 2006, Barry bought a 1996 350 LT1 Chevy Corvette and started Club Racing.
Within his first year of Club Racing, Barry completed driving school, obtained his
Novice, Regional, and National licenses.
